then You might want to become a:
Resident
With the residential loan of $5000, you gain the right to utilize 500 sq.m. of land for your private use. The land is owned by the NPO, granting residents the right to utilize designated portions for building homes or businesses. Additionally, you will have free access to the remaining 6.5 hectares of land and all other communal facilities(community center, workshops, community garden, etc.) By becoming a resident, you’ll be involved in all decision-making processes.

- USD 5000 residential loan (each person loans separately in a couple) + Residence or active project on the settlement;
- The loan is re-fundable within a 6-12 month notice;
- Access to a plot of land to build on, and to a joint community facilities;
- Affinity with Ecovillages, Intentional Communities;
- Sociocratic decision making and personal development work;
- Participate regularly in weekly online and offline working meetings;
- Take on responsibilities according to your abilities and interest (ca. 3- 6 hours per week for the start up phase);
- There will be an at least 3 month probation period of active participation as a prospective resident to make sure that the match is a good one for everyone.
Donor
Support the project with a minimum investment of USD 1 and receive various benefits.
You can either DONATE via our website or via direct bank transfer:
- Sincere thankfulness for your contribution to the regeneration of the countryside and mother earth;
- Free participation in the yearly supporters Event in the Ecovillage with workshops, lectures and demonstrations;
- Priority for participation in events and workshops;
- Using the location/facilities/community house for the one day from next year – min donation – 100 USD;
- Donation receipt (on request);
- For the organizations that align with our values: Logo on our website (honourable mention on the website) – from USD 500.
Loaner
To support the Ecovillage, you can invest a minimum of USD 500 with or without an interest rate. Please complete the form with all the necessary information, and we will provide you with the loan certificate and bank details.
- Sincere thankfulness for your contribution to the regeneration of the countryside and mother earth;
- Free participation in the yearly supporters Event in the Ecovillage with workshops, lectures and demonstrations;
- Priority for participation in events and workshops;
- Duration: 2-5 years on agreement;
- 0 – 2 % interest rate on agreement;
- Loan certificate.
